Description

Sitting one size above the Cristal 69 Double Sided and one below the Cristal 98, the Cristal 78 Double Sided Fireplace is the middle option for anyone dividing a room who finds the smaller unit too modest and the biggest too much. Its output runs from 8 to 14.3kW at 77% efficiency, and it is rated to heat 433m³, which makes it well matched to larger open-plan living areas.

The body measures 780 x 520 x 548mm and weighs 151kg, built from steel and vermiculite by Chama. A 180mm flue pipe connects it to your chimney system. Because both sides are open, the fire can be enjoyed from either side of the space it separates, without giving up warmth to get that view.

You can choose the front finish to suit your room: a 51mm steel frame, an 81mm steel frame or a 100mm glass frame. If you want warmth to reach a neighbouring room as well, an optional ventilation kit is available on the Cristal 78 Double Sided Fireplace.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
