The Charnwood Island II Freestanding Fireplace is the middle model in the Island collection, an all-new version with classic double-door styling and larger twin glass windows. Its combustion system meets 2022 environmental standards.
Rated at 8kW nominal and from 5kW up to 11kW at 82% efficiency, the Charnwood Island II Freestanding Fireplace heats approximately 275m³ and is SIA Eco-Design Ready. A converting multi-fuel grate burns wood or anthracite, a single lever controls the air, and the Airwash system keeps the glass clear.
The stove weighs 140kg, its firebox takes logs up to 44cm and the handle stays cool to the touch. A drop-down throat plate makes sweeping easy. The flue outlet is 150mm at the top or rear and the stove measures 602 x 366 x 675mm on standard legs.
Matte black is the standard finish. Imported colours add around R5,000 and take 2-3 weeks to arrive, while high legs and stands are quoted separately.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
