The Ecosy+ Panoramic Twin Door boasts a minimalist design with luxury, handmade, ‘twist’ handles with wood embellishments. The air controls are situated under the bottom ash lip which allows for a larger window and a maximised view of the fire. Its output range is between 3.6 - 7kW.

It features a 30mm thick cast iron doors; a 10mm thick steel top; a 5mm thick steel body and a removable baffle plate design. The vermiculite lining the combustion chamber is 30mm thick and the chamber comfortably loads 30cm logs. The Panoramic Twin Door is a wood burning only stove and therefore doesn’t require a grate or an ash pan, as wood loves to burn on a flat base. Adjustable bolts on the legs aid with levelling on uneven surfaces and there is an option to connect to an 100mm external air intake. Included are an instruction manual and a glove for adjusting the air control and for opening the door.

This model is perfect if you require a physically large fireplace, but can only install one with a 7 kW output. This has been achieved by clever design as the external body is very wide, but the depth is shallow. There is also a twin layer construction and the inner layer has been tapered in at the sides to make the fire box slightly smaller and the heat output lower. The air supply is solely drawn in from the rear and is fed between two layers of steel. The air is then dispersed over the fire from a series of holes high inside the rear of the chamber. This re-introduced Tertiary air re-burns the initial smoke and pollutants created by the fire. The remaining air speeds up as it rises over the fire and it is then released like a curtain of heat that burns the glass clean (Air Wash technology). The Panoramic Twin Door has an advanced Secondary / Tertiary clean burn system. This means you are benefiting from every bit of heat from your fuel and you also burn less wood as you don’t have to reload as often.

There is an ‘optional extra’ bench stand available for this model (the stand is 27.5cm high and provides log storage as well as increased height).

The Panoramic Twin Door is a high end product with a SIA 2022 Eco-Design & DEFRA certification. It is manufactured according to European design in China for the U.K. market. It is CE and British standard approved by KIWA Gastec and comes with a 5 year limited warranty.

Shipping & Delivery

Pricing displayed on the website is in South African Rands inclusive of Value Added Taxation (‘VAT’).

Orders placed via the multifire.co.za website exclude delivery, please arrange for collection, or request a quote for delivery to your area.​

We can deliver nationwide in South Africa, please contact us for a quotation on sales@multifire.co.za to provide delivery address details for quotation.

Orders are processed after payment has been received in full. Orders are subject to stock availability.

Should we not have stock, you will be informed with a lead-time of when the prodcut will be available and when the product will be dispatched.

Please note: We do not offer an International delivery service.

Multifire Fireplaces reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has been made but delivery is not yet complete, at anytime. Should Multifire Fireplaces exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Orders are client specific thus any cancellation of orders after receipt of deposits and thus confirmation of acceptance of quotations cannot be accepted, subject to below:

i. A 15% handling charge will be charged against all returns on condition that the items are in a reusable condition and untainted to management’s discretion, (this applies only if returned within 14 days of date of invoice).

ii. Non-defective goods should be in original packaging

iii. Un-used Stoves and Fireboxes can be resold on clients behalf and once sale is completed the client will be refunded in full less 7% administration fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@multifire.co.za.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
